E-Trikes

E-Trikes are three wheeled e-bikes of all descriptions.

They come with front-drive, mid-drive and rear-drive motors, with or without suspension. Some have fat wheels.

They are imminently suited to the less agile, the elderly or infirm, but still have the wish to get around in the fresh air. They allow for some exercise, so usually the e-motor is best to be of greater power to assist the rider. 

Thus, they are also known as "Mobility Trikes".

They normally should be of sufficient power to operate effectively without pedaling.
