Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Your order will be processed within 2 business days. You will be provided with tracking information when your product is shipped out. The average time-frame for your product to be delivered to you will vary by location, weather and road conditions, and seasonal holidays, but should generally be received between 4 - 21 business days.


In-Store Pickup

If you elect for in-store pickup, your order will be ready to collect within 2 business days. You will receive an email notifying when your product is ready for pickup.
When you arrive to pick up your product, you will need to show photo ID and, if paying via card, should match the card you pay with.
Your ID should also match the name listed on the order, and you will also have to sign that you have collected your goods. You must also bring proof of your purchase, such as a copy of the invoice.
If you have elected somebody else to collect your goods, you will need to email us at support@ebikesscooters.com.au and provide proof of your ID, as well as the full name of the person you are nominating to collect the goods. The nominated person must show their ID on collection and, if paying via card, the card must be in their name only. This means you may have to transfer funds inot the card account of the nominating collector. The nominated person must have a copy of the purchase invoice and sign on your behalf to collect your goods and they will be fully responsible for the product once it has left our store.


Shipping & Customer's Responsibilities

If you have elected for shipping, you must ensure your shipping address is correct on the order. If there are any mistakes, you take full liability for your product if it is not received, and any fees involved in correcting the shipping address with the Shipping Company.
You are responsible for contacting us within 3 days if you have not received your tracking information. You are also responsible for monitoring the tracking and arrival date of your product, and you must ensure sufficient able-bodied persons are at your home at the time of delivery, to aid the driver unload your product, taking into consideration the weight of the product. You will be responsible for any re-delivery fees, or for collection from a depot location of the Shipping Company.
If you have chosen to "Leave Unattended" or "Leave in Safe Place" shipping methods, you take full responsibility for anything that may happen once the Shipping Company has left the product at your nominated delivery address.
Refunds will not be accepted if the product has become damaged, wet, tampered with, or is stolen or missing, once the tracking shows that it has been successfully delivered.
Also be aware that to have your product left unattended, and if over 25kg, you will be required to request a truck with a tail lift at an extra cost.


Potential Service Interruptions

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of EBS or the Shipping Company's control. If your product has not arrived after 21 business days, please contact us at support@ebikesscooters.com.au so we can work with the Shipping Company to get your product to you as quickly as possible.
