EBS Generally obtains parts for E-bikes direct from the manufacturer as required except as listed in All Parts.
Parts EBS usually always has in stock cover all brands and models such as tyres, tubes, batteries, etc.
EBS works with KING SUNNY an international supplier of parts for all e-scooters. Some common parts are kept in stock, but others can be ordered and airfreighted. The cost is generally about half the online costs available, but due to freighting time, the time for delivery will be about 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks.
If a part is required that is not commonly required and thus not in stock, it can be ordered and air-freighted in reasonable time.
