Future Travel's Sweet Bean e-bike is the most cost effective (cheap to purchase) sturdy 14x2.5" wheeled electric bicycle available, maybe anywhere.
Street legal with 200W motor at top speed capped to 25kph, that will suit the younger generation and maybe the smaller in stature.
A little extra 350W peak power to tackle those inclines and hills, great torque due to the smaller wheels.
Great for students, office workers, and all for short commutes.
